For Doom 2 with any source port ================================================================ Title : The Moshpit Filename : moshpit.wad Author : Gokuma Site Address : http://gokuma.neocities.org Description : Replaces Level 9 (The Pit) Deathmatch level inspired by the Lenny Kravitz's "Are you gonna go my way?" music video. The switch that doesn't have an exit sign removes access to the BFG9000s. Additional Credits to : Much credit to Mike Tawney (mtawney@mailexcite.com) I made the lights but he implemented the cool lighting sequence. This level was originally going to be in his Rage DM but he decided to go full techno so I'm releasing this level by itself. He also gave me some advice on textures and redid the item placement. Id Software Creators of editors I used ================================================================ * Play Information * Episode and Level # : MAP09 Single Player : To look around Cooperative 2-4 Player : The starts are there for some stupid reason Deathmatch 2-8 Player : Yes Difficulty Settings : Yes Skill 1 and 2: Deathmatch 1 mode Skill 3: Deathmatch 2 and 3 modes, lower fire power Skill 4 and 5: Deathmatch 1, 2, or 3, heavy fire power (plasma, bfg, etc.) New Sounds : No New Graphics : Yes, just a modified wall texture New Music : No Demos Replaced : None * Construction * Base : New level from scratch Editor(s) used : DETH, WARM, dmgraph, NWT, dshrink, windows paint, Spry ImageView Known Bugs : Some stupid slime trails because of Doom's slightly inaccurate level format. The source port MBF reduces slime trails. There's HOM when used with the ordinary doom2.exe but why not use a source port? * Copyright / Permissions * Authors can't use this level as a base to build additional levels because I used dshrink.
