Watch my dead former self hit my future self with a silent BFG aftermath with the projectile completely out of view. Demo recorded in map01 with Doom2.exe v1.9 by Gokuma Site Address : http://gokuma.neocities.org Usage: doom2 -playdemo mjrsarse At one part neither player (both controlled by me) does anything for about a minute. Be patient. The demo hasn't messed up or anything. During that time I'm moving around my controls so I can pull the entire trick off. It's extremely difficult with my computers being in two different rooms and the one's keyboard cord only reaching to the entryway between the rooms. This demostrates how it is possible for your former self to hit your future self with a silent BFG aftermath with the projectile completely out of view. This demo was recorded in coop mode on skill 5 (maximum damage) and no monsters. This can be done in deathmatch but the starting points are random. Oddly, it doesn't subtract a frag when you commit suicide in the third degree. The game must count your different selves as separate entities. On turbo 255 you can run through your own projectiles, but when you respawn after dying, you're perfectly vulnerable to any of your projectiles that are still flying through the air. (Also note that removing the projectile bit from a projectile with dehacked will cause it to explode inside you when you shoot it but not hurt you.) Thanks to myk, deathz0r, Torn, and 999cop who I originally found out from that it's possible to kill yourself with your BFG aftermath.
